An established and fast‑paced FMCG food manufacturing business in Kent is looking to appoint a Production Shift Manager to lead operations on shift within a high‑volume production environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, ever‑changing food & drink manufacturing setting and enjoys managing people as much as processes.

The Role

Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are met.
