Production Operator
Locations

Tonypandy (CF40 2XX) OR Blackmill (CF35 6EQ)

Salary

From £12.24 per hour

Contract

Full‑time, permanent

Hours

40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Shift Patterns
  • Rotating Shifts: 6:00am‑2:00pm / 2:00pm‑10:00pm
  • Monday to Friday only – no weekend working

A Day in the Life…
Your day as a Production Operator might include:
  • Starting your shift with a team briefing and safety checks
  • Operating simple (remove simple) production machinery (after full training)
  • Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
  • Completing basic paperwork and production records
  • Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets
  • Finishing your shift knowing exactly what you’ve achieved
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (food or packaging preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to standard operating procedures
  • Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
