Latitude Recruitment we are recruiting for production operatives to work on behalf of our engineering and manufacturing Client based in Lymington, Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who offer great training, development and career progression.

These positions will involve assisting the team in building and assembling our client's product.

Responsibilities

• Material preparation, stretching and pressing
• Cutting, stripping, rolling of materials
• Reading Engineering drawings
• Basic hand tool skills to perform duties
• Identify any errors before products are sent to Quality Control

Skills and experience

• Comfortable to work on your feet all day
• Some experience within a manufacturing environment, not essential though, as training can be offered
• Happy to go through a training process
• Comfortable using Hand Tools (training will be given)

Salary and Working Hours

• £12.21ph - £13.00p/h (overtime rates are applicable)
• Monday - Friday 07:30am - 16:30pm, 37.5 per week
• This contract is a temp to perm, with a view to go permanent after qualifying period
