Overview

We\'re currently seeking a Production Operative to join a respected and long-standing manufacturing business based in Maldon. Responsibilities
  • Operating both manual and automated test handlers.
  • Operating tape and reel machines.
  • Perform visual inspection and quality checks using microscopes and other tools.
  • Recording data related to process conditions and equipment status.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with cleanroom standards.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience in semiconductor, PCB, electronics, or clean room environments preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Methodical approach and good accuracy.
  • Good eyesight and manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Must be a driver due to the location.
Pay, Benefits and Hours
  • £25,400 per annum, with regular salary reviews
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • 25 days holiday
