About the Production Operative Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Production Operative to join our Operations team. In this role, you will build, test and maintain mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Production Operative – Key Responsibilities
  • Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs.
  • Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Carry out electro‑mechanical work including fans, motors and heaters.
  • Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers).
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection.
