Job Title: Production Operator

Pay Rate:

£12.21 - £24.42 per hour

Hours of Work:

Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday:

1. Day Shift: 6am - 2pm
2. Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 10pm
3. Night Shift: 10pm - 6am

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Production Operator to join a reputable company specializing in butter production.

This role is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting and the movement of boxes weighing up to 20kg.

Having your own transport is beneficial due to the early start times.

About You:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 20kg
• Excellent, professional work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Own transport preferred due to location

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing ready-made products into boxes
• Unboxing heavy blocks of product
• Unpacking ready-made products
• Following health and safety guidelines, maintaining clean work areas, and removing hazardous materials
• Ensuring production deadlines are met
