Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, one of the UK's largest producers of pork. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Bodmin.

The rate of pay is £12.40 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £18.60 per hour. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with the following hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Your Time at Work

• As a Production Operative at this site, your duties will include:
  • Working with the rest of the team on the line to fulfil specification, quantity and time requirements for production.
  • Keep up to speed with the production line and work to the standards set by the line manager.
  • Fully understand different quality requirements and customer specifications for raw / sliced / cooked / boxed product / labels, etc.
  • Visually examine the product for quality, reject any unsuitable product, and bring issues to the attention of the team leader / production leader / production controller.

• Happy to handle uncooked meat.
• Basic English skills and reliable.
