£50,000 to £55,000 + Progression + Benefits

Are you a production manager, with experience dealing with composite materials, looking to join a leading manufacturer, where you have the chance to grow and mould your own team?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company where you will play a pivotal role in driving the production department. There will be further opportunities to progress in the future.
The company are a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry, working with recognised brands across the UK. Due to expansion, they now need a production manager to run their CNC / assembly floor.
In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the production department, including growing and developing the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards and output.
The role would suit a production manager with a background in CNC or assembly, and experience working with composite materials.
