Dates: 7th July 2025 - 28th August 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Production Executive and or Line Producer in managing the end-to-end production process
• Assist in managing and tracking budgets, working with finance teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
• Help source and book crew, studios, suppliers, locations, and other production resources
• Assist in planning and overseeing VT shoots, including logistics, permissions, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with company, production, and safety procedures
• Manage documentation and ensure proper archiving. Verify call sheets, schedules, and travel bookings

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, ideally including live/studio formats and VT content
• Excellent organisational and logistical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Confident working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities, including coordinating VT shoots alongside studio production
• Show segments feeding into an overall live event
• Familiarity with delivering content for broadcasters, ideally including international clients
