A leading engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Hayes, Middlesex is currently seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join their high-performing team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transition of advanced product designs into robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

The Production Engineer in Hayes, Middlesex will play a key role in supporting the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and prototyping to full production—ensuring products are efficiently and effectively manufactured to the highest quality standards. Working in a cross-functional team environment, the role demands both technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

This opportunity in Hayes, Middlesex involves working closely with stakeholders in design, operations, programmes, and supply chain. The Production Engineer will manage manufacturing plans, track progress of data packs, and provide key inputs into tooling, resourcing, and training strategies.   • Experience with CAD systems (Siemens NX or equivalent), MRP (JDE Oracle or similar), and change control tools.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards, ISO 9001, and ESD controls.
  • A background in electronics manufacturing including power supplies, PCBs, wire harnesses, and encapsulated assemblies.
