Product Owner, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Hybrid, UK based (office attendance required)

£140,000 to £180,000 + benefits

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of a core, revenue‑critical SaaS product within the compliance and risk space. This role sits at the heart of a complex Client Lifecycle Management platform, shaping how global organisations manage client risk, onboarding, periodic reviews and third‑party relationships. It's a role with real ownership, not just backlog management.

This organisation is a fast‑growing SaaS business operating in the regulatory technology space, supporting enterprise clients with complex compliance challenges across KYC, risk and lifecycle management. They are well established in their market, highly customer focused, and continuing to invest heavily in their product suite to stay ahead of regulatory change and competitive pressure.

In this role you will lead the development and enhancement of the CLM product, working closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams. You will define and communicate product vision, translate customer and regulatory requirements into a clear roadmap, and ensure features are delivered with a strong focus on usability and customer value. This is a hands‑on Product Owner role with high visibility across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment, ideally in RegTech, compliance, financial crime or risk. You will understand client lifecycle management, customer risk assessment and periodic review processes, and be comfortable operating in regulated, complex domains.

The Role:
  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the CLM platform
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer insight, market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with engineering to define user stories and detailed requirements
  • Engage directly with customers to validate product decisions and roadmap direction
  • Define and track OKRs to measure product performance and continuous improvement
The Person:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within SaaS
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, KYC, risk or compliance
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Able to translate complex requirements into clear product outcomes
  • Strong communicator, comfortable influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
