We believe in empowering product teams to solve meaningful problems and create exceptional value for our customers.

Overview

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to establish alignment and clarity of vision, strategy, and capability. You’ll operationalise product strategy, bring clarity to delivery timelines, and champion scalable systems for roadmap planning, go-to-market readiness, and customer alignment.

What you’ll own Product Planning & Roadmap Operations
  • Drive block and annual roadmap planning cycles with product leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Standardize how roadmap commitments are documented, shared, and tracked.
  • Manage a single source of truth for internal and external product delivery timelines.
Commercial & Customer Alignment
  • Create and maintain product launch calendars and go-to-market enablement kits.
  • Collaborate and build field communication strategy with GTM Enablement.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing to ensure commercial teams are accurately positioned with what’s available now vs. what’s coming.
  • Own, track, and align selective Customer Product Commitments
Feedback Loops & Voice of the Customer
  • Build and manage feedback aggregation systems from GTM, advisory boards, customer calls, usage data, community, and support tickets.
  • Synthesize and prioritize actionable insights to feed into product planning.
  • Operationalize and scale design partner and early access programs.
Documentation & Enablement
  • Ensure internal and external product documentation is up-to-date and easy to consume.
  • Coordinate internal product enablement for sales, success, and support teams.
  • Track and manage readiness for RFPs, including product capabilities matrices and future roadmap references.
What you’ll bring
  • Have 5+ years in Product Operations, Programme Management, Product Management, or BizOps at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Excel at cross-functional orchestration and aren’t afraid to chase clarity across ambiguity.
  • Can translate commercial urgency into product feasibility - you understand both sides deeply.
  • Bring strong instincts for product strategy without needing to be the strategist.
  • Are a systems thinker: You design durable frameworks, not one-off fixes.
  • Are biased towards documentation, alignment, and accountability.
The Background You Need
  • Experience supporting complex platforms (APIs, AI, regulated industries)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous delivery organizations
  • Exposure to Sales, CS, and RFP-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Force Management, or similar sales methodologies

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary aligned to your skills and experience
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy- A work-life balance and focus on our well-being are critical to keeping us performing at our best
  • We embrace a hybrid approach that requires employees to be in the office for two days a week. We strongly believe that this approach fosters collaboration and enables the building of meaningful relationships
  • Opportunity to work on innovative projects with smart-minded people keen to share their knowledge and continuously improve
  • Annual learning budget to drive your performance and career development
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Company Health Care Plan
  • Travel - season ticket loan
  • Cycle to work scheme with Evans Cycles
