Product Marketing Manager - Bolton, Greater Manchester

Client: Our client is a mission-driven organisation using benchmarking to spark innovation, collaboration, and measurable improvement across various healthcare sectors. They empower over 14,000 users with data and insights to drive strategic decision-making and service transformation. Their flagship programme supports the largest healthcare benchmarking community in the world, with additional projects across key health and care initiatives.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, launch planning, and marketing communications for their new Benchmarker software platform. This platform will be key for member engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-to-Market & Product Commercialisation:
    • Develop and deliver a full GTM strategy for the Benchmarker software.
    • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
    • Collaborate on commercial materials such as pricing, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  2. Launch Leadership:
    • Manage cross-functional planning for the October 2025 launch.
    • Oversee project timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
    • Support onboarding with Programme and Development teams.
  3. Internal Communications:
    • Equip teams with messaging, FAQs, and enablement materials.
    • Create launch playbooks and briefing resources for client-facing teams.
  4. External Campaigns & Customer Engagement:
    • Lead multi-channel launch communications: email, web, social media, PR, events.
    • Coordinate campaign delivery with agencies or freelancers.

About You:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative, with a commercial mindset and customer focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with NHS or health sectors is a bonus but not essential.
