Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to independently lead initiatives from inception to completion, delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers and business. As a PM, you will be working closely with Engineers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and iterate features that drive measurable impact.

This is a senior role requiring 5+ years of product management (or related) experience, with proven ability to lead autonomously, manage complex initiatives, and align delivery with strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Explain the principal responsibilities that the job must achieve. Each responsibility statement should explain what is being done, why it must be done and the targeted key results to achieve it. For example, develop and recommend (WHAT IS DONE) sales and revenue budgets in order to meet the planned growth (WHY) by understanding the external environment and internal business direction (HOW).
  • Domain Ownership - Work with the squad leader to define roadmap and success metrics for your squad
  • Product Strategy - Translate tribe and squad vision into actionable deliverables aligned with business strategy
  • Execution - Drive product lifecycle end-to-end (discovery, design, development, launch, iteration)
  • Prioritisation - Balance competing demands, ideally using a well-defined framework (such as RICE)
  • Collaboration - Partner with Design, Engineering, BI, and Product Marketing for high-quality releases
  • Customer Voice - Gather insights via data, stakeholders, and customers to shape product decisions
  • Quality - Ensure features meet acceptance criteria, are thoroughly tested, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Go-to-Market - Coordinate GTM activities with Product Marketing and Marketing
  • Team Leadership - Inspire and support your squad, remove blockers, and foster continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Management - Engage stakeholders regularly, share progress, and facilitate alignment

Requirements:

  • BA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related field
  • Proven ability to own a product and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong product craft: writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and handling dependencies
  • Experience in roadmap planning and balancing strategic vs tactical delivery
  • Strong data fluency – defining metrics, analysing usage, and applying insights to decisions
  • Skilled in collaborative product design and working with engineers/designers
  • Clear communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
  • Comfortable leading GTM activities and ensuring customer-ready releases.
  • Competitive Salary and Bonus: We reward your expertise and contributions.
  • Inclusive Onboarding Experience: Our onboarding program is designed to set you up for success right from day one.
  • Marcura Wellness Zone: We value your work-life balance and well-being.
  • Global Opportunities: Be part of an ambitious, expanding company with a local touch.
  • Diverse, Supportive Work Culture: We're committed to inclusion, diversity, and a sense of belonging for all team members.
