DWP Digital is seeking a Product Manager to lead innovative solutions within Health and Disability, impacting millions of UK citizens.

As a Product Manager within DWP Digital's Health Transformation Test and Learn Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and making evidence‑based decisions that improve services for millions of people. You'll lead multidisciplinary product teams using agile methodologies to deliver data‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support key programme priorities. You'll need to be good at stakeholder engagement and committed to representing user needs throughout the product lifecycle. You'll join a vibrant Product Community that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and driving meaningful change. Your role is all about transforming public services to be simpler, faster, and more inclusive, ensuring better outcomes for some of the most vulnerable individuals in society.

We're looking for experienced product professionals with proven expertise in creating and communicating product roadmaps, prioritising backlogs, and leading diverse teams effectively. The key skills we need include product strategy and roadmap development, user‑centred design, agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strong decision‑making abilities.

Pay: We offer competitive pay for this role of up to £68,205. Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth £16,786 per year. Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi‑time. All usual public holidays apply.
