Join our Data Management team

Our Data Management team is dedicated to delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent software solutions that empower customers to efficiently govern, structure, and maintain high-quality data across Orgvue’s platform. As a Product Manager on this team, you will directly impact how our customers harness their data, empowering them to build more effective, inclusive, and resilient organizations.

As Product Manager, you play a key role in transforming the company's business and product strategy into tangible products.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand users, evaluate product opportunities, and identify focus areas.
  • You will lead a cross-functional product team including engineering to define and design what gets built, then take this to market.
  • You will use data gathered from the market, our users and colleagues to inform your decisions and provide the business with insight.
  • You will be an advocate of your product domain and will work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and others to bring your product successfully to market.
  • You will be experienced in emerging product management and data practices and help embed these approaches within Orgvue.
Your role & responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Understand and represent customer and user needs clearly, translating them into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Guide product discovery using modern SaaS methodologies to identify and validate opportunities, ensuring products deliver genuine value.
  • Lead cross-functional product development from idea through to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and consulting.
  • Clearly articulate product value, creating alignment among executive stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key product metrics, continuously improving based on data-driven insights.
  • Act as an internal and external advocate for your product domain, presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and to analysts.
  • Support and collaborate with product marketing to develop clear, impactful messaging, training materials, and sales tools.
  • Mentor team members, fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth, feedback, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in product management, specifically in product discovery and the full product lifecycle from concept through to successful delivery and growth.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and familiarity with modern technology stacks.
  • Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations and data management frameworks.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic insights into how successful software businesses operate, especially within data-rich environments.
  • Background or strong interest in HR tech, organizational planning, or related fields.
  • Hybrid working - 1+ days a week in the London office
