We seek an experienced Product Manager passionate about creating solutions that our customers love and making a difference in the maritime industry. You will be the voice of the customer, a product visionary, and a strategic thinker.

As a Product Manager, you will manage one of our key products and align with RightShip’s enterprise product strategy and market focus, balancing customer value with business benefit while collaborating across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: collaborate and advocate for the RightShip Product Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Roadmap Ownership and Execution: own the product roadmap, conduct discovery, delivery and future iterations, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Discovery: identify and size opportunities through customer interviews, collaborate with designers and tech teams, assess feasible solutions, and develop business cases with clear ROI.
  • Product Metrics: track and communicate key product metrics, owning follow‑up actions. Use quantitative and qualitative data to align with short‑term and long‑term business goals.
  • Collaboration: foster partnerships with commercial teams, product leadership and executives to deliver impactful, commercially rewarding solutions.
  • Delivery Leadership: lead development by articulating user stories and ensuring the delivery team focuses on the most important tasks.
  • Go‑to‑Market: drive comprehensive GTM strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
Skills and Knowledge

You are motivated, resilient, commercial and customer‑centric, with experience scaling products in SaaS businesses. Additional skills and knowledge include:

  • Experience: at least 5+ years as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with demonstrated end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
  • Strategic Thinking: ensure all actions and decisions align with business goals set in the product strategy.
  • Commercial Savvy: strong understanding of market dynamics and focus on building revenue‑generating products.
  • Team Leadership: experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Communication & Customer Management: strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Analytical Abilities: effectively analyse data, derive insights, understand drivers, sensitivities and model impacts.
  • Technical Expertise: experience working with technical teams and demonstrable technical knowledge.
  • Adaptability: resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Research Skills: proficiency in research, discovery and market sensing to understand customer needs and market trends.
