• Strong experience in product development within food manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with ingredient suppliers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch.
• Develop new recipes and ensure products meet goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, QA, Production and suppliers.
• Coordinate weekly project meetings.
