Overview

Product Delivery Office (PMO) Coordinator (Band 6)

Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required.

About the Role

Join our NHS Product Team, support the efficient and effective working of the Product team as a PMO Coordinator. You'll underpin the Product Delivery Office, working closely with the FDP Programme PMO team to support wider programme objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
  • Coordinate activities and meetings within the Product function.
  • Analyse information and provide reports and updates.
  • Facilitate active collaboration and communication across the team.
  • Support development and implementation of PDO policies and best practices.
  • Ensure meeting outputs are captured and used.
  • Support and deputise for the PDO Operations Manager.
About You
  • Experience in coordination or administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with governance and reporting processes.
  • NHS experience
