Vertice was launched in 2022 to transform how companies manage their technology spend. Our agentic workflows, AI insights and expert buyers empower companies to buy smarter and scale faster, with Finance and Procurement leaders in over 30 countries worldwide trusting Vertice to manage their software purchases. In the software category alone, we have managed over $10bn in spend and have a track record of delivering 20% savings and halving procurement cycles.

Headquartered in London with offices across the world including New York, Brno, Sydney, Johannesburg and Singapore, we're shaping the future of procurement on a global scale.

And we're just getting started. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Roy Tuvey and Eldar Tuvey, who have a track record of building two category-defining technology companies to exit, Vertice has seen a remarkable 13X revenue growth in two years. This momentum has led to us being named as 2025's fastest-growing startup in the UK by the FT's Sifted, and as fourth in Europe. Following our Series C, we have secured over $100 million in funding from leading investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83 North and Lakestar, and are expanding our reach across our team.

Do you want to make an outsized impact, work with exceptional people, and be part of a highly motivated team? Come and join our mission to build the Intelligent Procurement Platform.

Your Role at Vertice:

As a Product Adoption Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption among Vertice customers. Reporting to the Director of Solutions and collaborating closely with our global Account Management team, you will oversee product adoption and corresponding upsell efforts across our customer base. This is a highly visible role to leadership that will drive one of our most important customer initiatives in 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Build the plan for product adoption across our customer base - and execute on it.
  • Analyze product adoption data from our customers to inform the plan.
  • Obtain buy-in from various cross-functional stakeholders across the business. This will include, but is not limited to: Solutions, Account Management and Leadership.
  • Craft compelling value narratives and consider other commercial levers that the Account Management team can use to drive product adoption.
  • Work with the Product and Solutions team to influence the product roadmap, based on your insights from customers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to ensure your strategy aligns with our regular release cadence for product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience driving cross-functional projects in consulting, or with another tier 1 employer.
  • Exceptional academic track record, ideally from a top-tier university.
  • Excellent project management skills: you're a strategic thinker with an ability to build and execute a plan.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate insights to a varied audience: be that with individual contributors through to our wider leadership group.
  • You are commercial in your thinking - always considering the customer's view and able to build tailored narratives that convince them to take action.
  • Comfortable with Product and Solutions teams: you understand agile product management and your empathy with tech teams informs your ability to influence.
  • Adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders: you have a "get stuff done" mentality and can ensure your work is prioritized in a busy environment.
  • You combine a low ego with a strong work ethic and are able to focus on speed and quality.
