A technology solutions provider in Scotland is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead tendering processes and negotiate supplier terms. With hybrid work (3 days in office), this full-time permanent role requires 3-5 years of procurement experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills. Role: Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer

Working as one of two Procurement Managers in the team, you will report to the Commercial and Procurement Director. You will be an experienced, self-starter and be able to work autonomously with the wider North business. As a senior member of the team, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the contract lifecycle and to be involved in multiple categories of spend. Operating in a growing business, there will be a chance to participate in or lead business improvement initiatives involving colleagues from across the business. You will also help with the development of the junior buyers in the team and will take on line management responsibility. This is your chance to shape strategic sourcing decisions, helping drive innovation and efficiency; getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
