Job description

Overview

Solution have had a role come in this morning for a Head of Plant Procurement for a top client of mine who operate within the Utility & Civil Engineering sectors. They are looking for someone to undertake the below role:

Responsibilities

• Leading fleet strategy & planning, overseeing procurement and lifecycle planning for our entire vehicle and plant fleet, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
• Driving operational excellence, managing fleet rotation, stock controls, and robust asset management processes to keep our operations efficient and cost-effective.
• Champion innovation & sustainability, engaging with suppliers to bring forward-thinking, sustainable solutions that future-proof our fleet and maintain a market-leading product portfolio.
• Delivering insight & influencing decisions, providing data-driven insights, cost forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
• Collaborating & supporting, working closely with the Plant Director and operational teams to develop new business streams and deliver the fleet needed to achieve our business plan.

Compensation

The salary for this is up to 75K + Car + Bens + Bonus.
