Title: Procurement Manager

The roles sit within the Procurement function, which is central to driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and end-to-end procurement. They are looking for a procurement professional to help drive the function forward and improve the already strong foundations through strategic category management.

You'll be part of a team focused on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder collaboration, reporting to and working closely with other procurement professionals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category-specific sourcing strategies
• Manage tenders and supplier proposals (e.g., RFI, RFP, e-sourcing)
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
• Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience from any industry across a range of direct and indirect caetegories
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing and tendering processes
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities
• CIPS or working towards (beneficial but not essential)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex information
