Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase materials and subcontractor services for construction projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Lead negotiations on rates, discounts and terms.
  • Work closely with site and commercial teams to forecast material needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
