Procurement Executive

We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to join a dynamic team in Witney. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support.

Working alongside colleagues in projects, technical support, and installations, you’ll help ensure that every step of the process runs smoothly.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the internal sales process – from initial request, through quotation and sales order, to product purchasing. This varied and rewarding role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multi-tasking, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and issue quotations using the internal CRM system
  • Work with regional staff to finalise orders and progress sales
  • Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships
  • Liaise with project teams to schedule and coordinate installations
