  • Manage devices returned for reuse and ensure documentation for re-charges.

Job description
Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator (IT) to join our team for a 6 to 12 month FTC. The IT Service Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of all central IT hardware for the Wincanton business units, including asset management and requestor / supplier support on other services such as mobile phones and managed print.

The role is Monday to Friday and hours between 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00. It is hybrid with a requirement to be onsite in Chippenham 1 to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the ITSM tool Request Form with all Products covered by DaaS, and Oracle Catalogue Supplier Punchouts to ensure accurate and appropriate products and information.
  • Ensure that all additional Device Information, Policy Documents and Data Sheets appropriate to DaaS items are kept up to date in the ITSM tool as Knowledge Base articles for End Users to consume.
  • Create and maintain all Order information relevant to ensure cross charging of items to the correct profit centres including any appropriate reports for IT Commercial on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the procurement process, managing of requests in the ITSM tool, orders through Oracle Procurement, delivery and receipting of orders.
  • Creation and management of Assets, either via automatic process or manual input/uploads, proactively validating discrepancies and updating Assets as per solution.
  • Manage Team mailboxes and action and/or forward queries accordingly.
  • With DaaS devices, manage any equipment that is returned to HO that could be re-used, ensuring its support is still active and device meets all requirements, appropriately managed with build, cleaned, and on appropriate documentation for re-charges with IT Commercial.
  • DaaS devices cover but not limited to: End User equipment, Operational Equipment, RF/AP Network, Mobile Devices (not work phones) and Visitor Management.
