Qualifications

• Ideally some experience in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical environment, but full training will be given.
• Experience from another highly regulated environment such as FMCG, Food or similar manufacturing environments is accepted.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulated production processes is a strong advantage.

• Accurately assemble, label, and package patient‑specific IV bags following GMP requirements.
• Complete batch documentation and material movement logs with accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels of components to prevent disruption.

Process Operators - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Runcorn

Employment Type: Permanent - up to 9 positions available

Salary: £30,296 starting salary + £930 annual bonus

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm

Note: Own transport required due to shift times and site location

Are you experienced in fast‑paced manufacturing and interested in stepping into a regulated, high‑quality pharmaceutical environment?

We're currently supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in the recruitment of up to 9 permanent Process Operators as part of their continued growth. These roles are ideal for individuals from Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Food Production backgrounds.

Following a period of training which is expected to start towards the middle of 2026 onwards the role will transition to operating and overseeing production equipment within a GMP‑compliant cleanroom setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare, sanitise, and organise components, consumables, and materials required for aseptic compounding, ensuring timely and compliant transfer into the cleanroom.
• Accurately assemble, label, and package patient‑specific IV bags and other compounded products following GMP and product traceability requirements.
• Complete batch documentation, order forms, and material movement logs with a high level of accuracy to maintain full compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with cleanroom teams to ensure efficient flow of materials, prioritisation of patient orders, and availability of required items.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of external work areas, equipment, and staging zones, supporting a safe and efficient compounding environment.
• Monitor stock levels of components, consumables, and packaging materials, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent disruption to compounding operations.

• Experience from another highly regulated environment such as FMCG, Food or similar manufacturing environments will be accepted
• Knowledge of GMP and regulated production processes is a strong advantage
