Overview

The Company is a market leading machinery manufacturer experiencing significant growth and expanding its technical team to support innovative, environmentally compliant solutions and new product development in low-carbon and hybrid technologies.

Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the technical team, providing engineering support across combustion chamber design, system pressure loss, equipment sizing, and air quality impact assessments. This role offers career progression, training, and hands-on experience across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimise combustion chambers and perform heat loss calculations
  • Analyse system pressure loss and specify equipment sizing
  • Conduct air quality impact assessments using proprietary software (training provided)
  • Produce process engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications)
  • Provide remote support for site operations, process optimisation, and troubleshooting
  • Support new product development, including low-carbon fuels and hybrid technologies
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Competency in data analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong collaboration skills
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in combustion systems, heat exchangers, or filtration
  • Familiarity with air quality assessments and dispersion modelling
