Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Product Manager with extensive private equity experience to support restructuring projects for their insurance client. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and involves significant responsibilities in project leadership, governance compliance, and financial analysis. Candidates should possess 8+ years in asset management with a strong technical understanding of Luxembourg funds. This is a 6-month hybrid contract with travel to London.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in asset management financial products, especially in private markets.
• Strong technical understanding of Luxembourg structures like RAIFs and SCSp.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project to restructure Luxembourg SCSp for US 40 Act fund.
• Design solutions in collaboration with investment business and client teams.
• Develop business cases for governance committees and prepare financial analysis.
• Ensure product proposals represent the client's interests and follow governance.
• Implement initiatives within budget and timelines.
