Overview

Join us at North Petherton Dental Practice, 46 Fore Street, North Petherton, Somerset, TA6 6PZ. Private dentist role with opportunities for private potential and professional growth at a three-surgery site.

Rodericks Dental Partners offers clinicians autonomy and clinical freedom, with support to handle administrative matters so clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality dentistry. Training opportunities are plentiful, including regular CPD courses such as implant and restorative PG Cert/Diploma programs. A well-equipped practice with supportive staff (hygienists, therapists, treatment care coordinators, nurses with additional qualifications) is available to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality private dentistry in a patient-focused environment.
  • Operate with clinical autonomy while adhering to practice standards and patient needs.
  • Utilise available equipment and materials, requesting additional items as required.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, therapists, treatment care coordinators, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular CPD and training opportunities to develop clinical skills (e.g., implant and restorative courses).
  • Contribute to practice revenue targets and operational management in partnership with the Practice Manager and clinical team.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Dentist registered with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Experience in private dentistry is desirable; ability to work with a patient-focused approach and deliver high-quality care.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional growth and teamwork.
