The Role
  • Work as part of a busy, award‑winning Private Client team
  • Advise on and draft Wills
  • Prepare and manage Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handle Court of Protection applications
  • Advise on, create and administer Trusts
  • Manage the full administration of estates
  • Provide general estate planning services
  • Manage your own caseload with appropriate support from colleagues
  • Deal efficiently with client enquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide private client expertise where needed
  • Support ongoing business development and help strengthen the team’s market presence
You
  • A Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
  • Confident handling a wide range of private client matters
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
  • Proactive, solution‑focused and committed to exceeding client expectations
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute effectively to team performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and genuinely motivated to develop your career within my client’s respected team
  • A collaborative team player with strong initiative and problem‑solving ability
