The team advises UK and international clients, with particular expertise in matters involving the Middle East and the United States.

Job Description
  • Drafting wills and advising on succession planning, including structuring with trusts, foundations, and family investment vehicles.
  • Advising on inheritance tax, reliefs, exemptions, and cross-border tax planning.
  • Handling international estate planning, including conflict of laws and coordination with foreign counsel.
  • Advising on UK tax residency, domicile, and personal tax issues including the remittance basis and double tax treaties.
  • Supporting trustees and beneficiaries on trust law and restructuring.
  • Advising on mental capacity issues and preparing lasting powers of attorney.
  • Supporting philanthropic and impact investment initiatives, including charity law.
  • Advising on transparency, reporting, and anti-corruption compliance.
  • Providing tax advice on UK residential property structures, including ATED, SDLT, and corporate tax implications.

  • A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with strong academic credentials.
  • Experienced in private client work, ideally from a top-tier or specialist firm.
  • Technically excellent with sound commercial judgement.
