  • Provide dedicated support to several Private Client Fee Earners from NQ to Partner level.
  • Act as a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary.
  • Handle varied administrative tasks.
  • Assist with drafting Wills, LPAs and Codicil or Copy of Probate documents.
  • Manage client calls and diary coordination.
  • Assist with file management across the Team and Department.

Private Client Legal Secretary - Essex Permanent | 9am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday | Flexible working available. Our client is a prestigious Legal 500 Firm with numerous offices across the Essex area, known for delivering exceptional client service. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to support their dynamic team close to Basildon.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to several Private Client Fee Earners from NQ to Partner level
  • Act as a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary
  • Handle varied administrative tasks
  • Assist with drafting Wills, LPAs and Codicil or Copy of Probate (CoP) documents
  • Manage client calls and diary coordination
  • Assist with file management across the Team and Department
