RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Legal Assistant in the Private Client team, you will support experienced lawyers handling a broad range of matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.
- Organising meetings and managing diaries
- Maintaining accurate client and matter records
- Acting as a point of contact for clients in coordination with fee earners
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Supporting the smooth running of the department through high-quality administrative assistance


ABOUT YOU
- Experience working in a busy administrative or legal environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and good numeracy
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Familiarity with case management systems is an advantage (training provided)
