Principal Civil Engineer

With a strong pipeline of diverse and challenging projects, they are now looking to appoint a Principal Engineer to join their growing team based in Leeds. The Opportunity

As Principal or Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll lead complex design projects from concept through to delivery. This is a strategic position involving both technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities, with the opportunity to influence business growth and project direction. Role Responsibilities
  • Leading structural engineering designs across a range of building and infrastructure projects
  • Overseeing design output, calculations, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated solutions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians
  • Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing resources, project timelines, and financial performance where appropriate
