We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with deep expertise in contact center technologies and CX suites, preferably Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS. This sales specialist role will play a key part in driving awareness and sales of Zendesk’s CcaaS platform, Zendesk for Contact Center in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, have deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, strong communication skills, sharp analytical abilities and a willingness to work cooperatively across the different teams at Zendesk.
