A leading UK Nuclear contractor is seeking a Reliability & Safety Engineer (Principal) in Reading. This role involves leading the AR&M strategy, substantiating Safety Systems, and ensuring compliance with legislation and standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Safety and Reliability engineering in regulated sectors and be capable of managing a team. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Safety and Reliability engineering within a regulated industry.
  • Capable of intelligent application of regulations and standards.
  • Ability to manage a team in Reliability and Safety engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of Engineers on AR&M strategy applications.
  • Substantiate Safety Systems to meet targets.
  • Review and audit designs against legislation and standards.
