Principal Engineer – Epitaxial Growth (InP Photonics)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Principal Engineer with expertise in epitaxial growth processes for Indium Phosphide (InP) photonics applications. In this role, you will drive advancements in epitaxial technologies, contributing to the design and manufacturing of high-performance photonic components. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cutting‑edge telecommunications, data centers, and other photonics‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and optimization of epitaxial growth processes, focusing on Indium Phosphide (InP) materials for photonics applications.
  • Collaborate on pioneering techniques for wafer growth, ensuring high material quality and uniformity.
  • Work closely with photonics device design teams to tailor epitaxial layers for optimal device performance.
  • Establish robust quality control protocols and oversee material characterization for wafers.
