An NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Principal Applied Psychologist to lead various projects aimed at supporting workforce development. The role involves liaising with other Psychological Professions staff and contributing to evaluations and psychological services for staff. Ideal candidates will be passionate about mental health and workforce improvement within the NHS framework.
We require a Principal Applied Psychologist to undertake a variety of projects within the Psychological Professions to support workforce development within the trust. Project work includes but is not limited to; PP workforce data, Service evaluations, Psychological services for staff, and Psychological therapy/ interventions assurance. The postholder will report to the Chief Psychological Professions Officer and liaise with other Psychological Professions staff across the trust.
