Overview

Year 3 Teacher - Full Time - December 2025 maternity cover. Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class. You will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the wider school community.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
  • Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
