We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Chelmsford from September 2025. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports and challenges all learners

Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform planning

Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning, fostering positive relationships with pupils

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to achieve the best outcomes for pupils

Engage positively with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development

The Successful Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent teaching experience within a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)

Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style

Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective planning

A commitment to inclusive education, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported

Good organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

A passion for inspiring children and helping them achieve their potential
