Academics are working in partnership with Primary Schools in Bramhall who are in need of a Primary School Teaching Assistant as classroom support.

The role of a Primary School Teaching Assistant in the form of classroom support day-to-day would look like:

* Helping the Class Teacher deliver their pre-planned lessons, ensuring the flow of the lesson is smooth and efficient
* Assisting students that require support during the class, noticing when students are struggling with tasks and being proactive in supporting them
* Providing key assistance to students with SEN to ensure that they are benefitting from the same experience as other students
* Managing behaviour where applicable to make the classroom a positive learning environment
