Affinity Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting dedicated Primary School Teachers to support a thriving network of schools across Swindon, proudly working in collaboration with the Whitehorse Federation. Responsibilities
  • Deliver lesson plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum.
  • Record and report progress: keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues.
  • Manage classroom behaviour: maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability.
  • Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS).
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to put one in process (we can support with this).
  • Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
  • Ability to provide references for the last two years (combination of professional, academic and character).
