A prominent healthcare institution in the UK is looking for a motivated individual to join their Primary Care Liaison Service. The role involves providing support for primary care staff and managing communication with the Trust. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised and highly motivated individual to join the Primary Care Liaison Service.
The Primary Care Liaison Service sits at the interface between Cambridge University Hospitals and primary care. Our priority is to facilitate effective communication, working and learning between Primary Care and the Trust to create sustainable inter-professional relationships needed for an efficient healthcare system for optimal patient care.
This is a Fixed Term / Secondment role reporting to the Primary Care Liaison Manager.
Experience in a healthcare or primary care setting is desirable.
Strong communication and flexible interpersonal skills.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
