Overview

Primary Care Facilitator - Electronic Prescription Service - NHS, South Wales

Rate: Max 183 per day, inside IR35

Location: Pontypool

Role

To support GPs and other prescribers (pharmacists, dentists, optometrists) through the implementation of the electronic prescription service (EPS).

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Primary Care Stakeholders in adopting new EPS digital technologies.
• Monitor service requests and act as escalation point for Primary Care Stakeholder issues and liaising with DHCW and health boards/suppliers.

Qualifications / Skills

• Previous experience and understanding of Primary Care Systems and suppliers
• Knowledge of relevant NHS standards and legal requirements relation to information governance and security.
