Qualifications

• Qualified P&C Actuary or nearly qualified with significant P&C experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience in commercial lines pricing and development of pricing tools.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications.
• Experience in discussing technical information to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing tools including statistical pricing methodologies.
• Conduct profitability reviews and ensure actions are taken from analyses.
• Support underwriters through case pricing of complex accounts.
• Understand loss trends and reflect them in underwriting activities.
• Establish relationships with senior management for pricing support.
