• Proven leadership experience in F&B, hospitality, catering, or similar environments.
• Skilled in managing large, diverse teams in fast-paced settings.
• A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Strong admin and tech skills, including reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Premium Matchday Operations and oversee supervisors and staff.
• Set the gold standard for service and inspire your team.
• Support non-matchday events and ensure operations are seamless.
• Implement processes for new Premium areas and expansions.
• Collaborate with logistics, staffing, and senior leadership.
• Champion compliance with food safety and operational standards.
• Manage stock, reduce waste, and support sustainability initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent for the operations team.
