Job summary

A large GP practice in the UK is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their team. Qualifications

• Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous experience in Primary care is essential.
• Leadership and or Management Qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the practice manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead recruitment and orientation for non-clinical staff.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Manage compliance registers and support practice reports.
