We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Practice Manager to support our leadership team and help drive the continued growth and excellence of our thriving veterinary group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our clinics while supporting a dedicated and compassionate team.

Role Details

Working alongside the Director of Practice, you will act as a vital link between our team members, clients, and business operations. You’ll oversee daily practice management, inspire and support colleagues, and help ensure we continue delivering the highest standard of veterinary care.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflows across our sites
  • Managing HR policies and processes, including employee relations
  • Coordinating veterinary rota management
  • Supporting client relationships by handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
  • Ensuring compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards
  • Driving team engagement, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Assisting with operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve performance and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
