Overview

Practice Manager – Broadstairs. Full time, permanent, 44 hours per week, days shift. Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits. Closing date: 31 October 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and high levels of patient safety.
  • Directly manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues, supporting the drive to make Asda Pharmacy the best in class.
  • Deliver Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines and ensure compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
  • Balance the roles of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment and to achieve defined KRAs.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve results and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong connections in-store and with field teams.
Location and Schedule

Location: Broadstairs. Shift pattern: Work Shift – Days. Hours per week: 44. Rota examples available (Week 1 and Week 2).

Qualifications
  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private healthcare services.
  • Experience balancing line management with pharmacy duties and delivering safe working practices.
  • Ability to deliver results by inspiring and motivating the team to meet KRAs.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid GPhC registration, evidence of right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications.
  • DBS check and enrollment in the DBS update service; provide qualifications and identity documentation if successful.
